General Family Care
Our physicians, mental health practitioners, behavioral doctors, or psychiatric doctors, and behavioral scientists professionally practice medicine. They are concerned with promoting, maintaining, or restoring health through the scientific investigations, study, diagnosis, prognosis and treatment or rehabilitation of disease, injury, and other physical, surgical, and mental impairments.
Our Clinic
Our Behavioral Health Center provides integrated services and referral through network of independent Clinical Providers to all members with behavioral issues. Our services help to minimize hospitalizations, emergency room visits, and provides stabilization and management of behavioral health symptoms; thereby improving the individual functioning. We provide wellness and prevention services and crisis intervention following traumatic events using our integrated collaborative team and multilevel approaches. Medical and addiction specialists are provided or a referral for appropriate treatment and rehabilitation to individuals with Drug & Alcohol addiction or abuse.
Group Care
Our Group Care helps members integrate well within their community, provides and empowers members to live successfully in alternative comfortable and stable homes or group homes. Participant acquire skills to build social, personal, community, and family support systems, improve mental health, behavioral health, and connect with friends.
Our behavioral specialists provide or connect members to wrap-around services, ensure continuity of care, proper and adequate developmental stimulation for children, adolescents, and adults with emotional disturbance, mental or behavior or psychological disorder, chemical dependence, developmental disabilities, adjudicated delinquencies, physical disabilities or any combination of the above mentioned problems without losing intimate contact with their parental or family support. Our family and community members are supported through group interventions to reduce family conflict, anger problems, and improve family relations. Our community integration services helps members build trusting relationships within and with their communities, leaders, and providers and also links them to community resources and networks of care.

Referral Program
Referrals are welcome from Maryland Department of Health, Department of Human Resources, Department of Education, Developmental Disabilities Administration, Department of Juvenile Justice, Attendance Intervention Center, Public School System, Child Abuse Services, Department of Social Services, Mental Health Systems, Parents, Faith Based Organizations, and the Public in General. Certain services like Psychiatric Rehabilitation can only be referred by the treating direct care Mental Health Professional provider. Reasons for referral including details of individual’s biographic information and needs (house, daily activity [work/school], social/community, health), current ICD-10 diagnosis (axis i-v) & date, your name and Clinician’s name & phone numbers are required. We offer fees-for-service only. Some insurance accepted. Cash, credit card, debit card, Paypal or checks are accepted.
