Employment and Aptitude Testing

Such test is used for Competency and Efficiency Evaluation to determine eligibility for employment at Care Solutions Corporation or any of its subsidiaries or member organization. All applicants must have a minimum of 3.0 GPA and a minimum of thirty (30) College level credits in a course in any human service field. It is mandatory for applicants to attend all trainings and orientations required before start of actual duties and continuous training and retraining as scheduled in line with our hiring and training policy. Licensed mental health professionals requiring supervision will be supervised according to their respective Practice Acts.

Wages: $30.00-$90.00/Hour or 40%-60%/Case Rate

General Description of Position:

 Under the direction of the Medical Director, is responsible for the Management of Family Preservation of America’s OMHC Individuals assigned in her/his case load.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Provide individual, group and family therapy to individuals served as assigned  Provide intense in-home services for at risk children, youth and families.  Provide services to juvenile offenders, individuals with history of chronic Psychiatric hospitalizations,  Provide referrals as appropriate, coordinate treatment with and report to Court officials, interdisciplinary team, other service providers and agencies associated with care delivery system to the individuals served.  Provide services in a manner allowed by the Licensing Department, Professional and certification bodies, policy and procedure of this agency; COMAR regulations and any guidelines as appropriated by each individual arm or department or law.  Supervise all Clinical and direct care staff below and/or equal to your qualification and/or rank.  Develop and implement new programs and trainings relating to clinical services.  Complete and document all encounter and data requirements, forms and control as required by the regulations, guidelines, policies and procedure in any media or format required.  Apply computer skills in data documentation and transfer and in manner that will not compromise confidentiality and maintenance of medical records or any state or federal law regarding data handling.  Provide case management services and crisis Intervention.  Facilitate and implement Social-emotional goals for Individual Educational Plans.  Conduct visits as necessary and make appropriate referrals to outside agencies such as; Department of Social Services, Department of Juvenile Justice, and various court systems.  Conduct staff development trainings, and other management duties.  Provide documentation in accordance with regulations  Initiate case plans, permanency plans, continuity of care plans, family involvement plans, attend meetings and referrals necessary for individual independent programming.  Conduct individual assessment, psycho-socials, ¬evaluations and diagnosis and directing appropriate services, treatment or rehabilitation method, and development of parental skills, coping skills, behavioral, emotional, financial, independent skills, social skills, leisure and recreational skills, health education, sexual awareness, study skills, peer and family support system of individual served.  Ensure that services are provided with authorization from ASO.  Aid individuals served with formulating a plan to enable re-entry into the community and workforce  Develop and maintain referral sources  Attends work regularly according to assigned work schedule and in accordance with Agency policy and procedure.  Works cooperatively with others including all staff, supervisors, administrators, co-workers, individuals served, community, professionals, customers, vendors and the general public.  Assumes other duties, responsibilities and special projects as needed  Follows instructions
