Orientations and Trainings

All orientations, trainings, and retraining are compulsory for all personnel. This agency ensures the highest standard of products and services, quality of care, and professional development through this processes and procedures. Also, individuals we serve go through the same process in order to be orientated to our programs, acquire developmental, and independent skills, including but not limited to illness management, occupational, and employment skills, if indicated in their care plan. We ensure that all staff master these tools, systems, and processes and are able to apply it in doing their work. Independent contractors ought to have these abilities to work with with us by demonstrating these skills and evidence of such regulatory and our company policy trainings elsewhere, but are free to receive them from us at no charge to ensure excellent performance of their work and successful completion of duties assigned.
